Terms of Service

Chainweb Solutions provides professional engineering and consulting services including Web Development, AI and ML implementations, Automation platforms, Blockchain integrations, and IoT Systems architecture.

Project scope, timelines, deliverables, and acceptance criteria are defined in written proposals, statements of work, or master service agreements executed with each client.

Clients are responsible for timely feedback, approvals, and access to required environments, data, credentials, and decision-makers required for project execution.

Clients must ensure they have the legal rights to provide all content, data, and third-party resources used in the engagement.

Fees are charged as described in the applicable agreement, milestone schedule, or subscription plan. Delays in payment may pause delivery or support obligations.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, amounts paid for delivered work are non-refundable.

Ownership and licensing terms for source code, models, automation workflows, smart contracts, documentation, and deployment assets are governed by the executed contract.

Chainweb Solutions retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and reusable components unless explicitly assigned in writing.

Services are provided with commercially reasonable care and skill. Except where required by law, services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chainweb Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project use, delays, or third-party dependencies.
